The Michigan Statutes and Court Rule are continually changing and evolving and new legislation is constantly being introduced in the Legislature. We at the Kent County DVCCRT do not have the ability to keep up with the often daily changes, however, we have compiled a list of sites where you can locate current information on laws and court rules that have been enacted and pending legislation along with other legal resources.
